Double-Keying
We also undertake large projects involving double-keying. To achieve the accuracy standards, we use the conventional method of double keying, for data verification by comparing both the keyed outputs. We also use the proof-reading method to achieve accuracy levels of 99.99%.
This applies to recognized text from OCR/ICR/OMR engines as well as data that are just being keyed. After data has been keyed once (or recognized), it is keyed again by a second independent operator. These two files are electronically compared column by column and row by row through software developed by us. The program highlights the areas differences occurs between the two files, and our quality personnel’s correct the mistakes. The above corrections are again verified by our QC Persons who read the text to ensure correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and correct other parameters as per the client’s instructions and specifications. All these processes enables for seamless and hassle-free delivery of critical information with the required accuracy.
